Whether personal or professional, relationships are complex things. It all comes down to how people treat each other, and that’s just as true for colleagues as it is for business partners. Ultimately everyone wants to be treated fairly!
What we regard as fair is often encoded in unspoken rules, but it relies on a consensus between equals. We see fairness as decent behaviour stemming from an even-handed, non-biased attitude towards other people. And because everyone likes to be treated fairly, MEIKO has enshrined fairness as one of the key values in its corporate culture.
