ABZ brand survey: Meiko voted as 'Brand of the Year 2017'

The Allgemeine BäckerZeitung (ABZ) is a trade journal aimed at professionals from the bakery industry. In this year’s brand survey, the ABZ selected MEIKO as their 'Brand of the Year 2017' in the 'Front of house dishwashers' category. MEIKO machines give bakers the tools they need to meet the challenge of running a clean and hygienic business. MEIKO awarded top marks for ergonomics by KÜCHE magazine readers

In the recent 'KÜCHE AWARD' competition, head chefs and kitchen managers from all over Germany awarded the bronze medal to MEIKO for its new M-iClean H hood type dishwashing machine. The winners of the Catering Star awards are chosen by the readers of Catering Inside magazine. Categories include the most successful new kitchen equipment products in the catering, foodservice and restaurant sectors. The new M-iClean H hood type dishwashing machine once again received top marks for ergonomics, with MEIKO taking gold in that category.

This award is presented by LPV, the publishers of Catering Inside magazine. The aim is to honour the most successful innovations in services and technical products for the catering, foodservice and restaurant industries.

The specialist warewashing technology company Meiko – headquartered in Offenburg, Germany – received a silver medal in the 2016 Catering Star awards for one of the company's latest innovations. The WasteStar CC, an outstandingly hygienic system for collecting food waste, was chosen by over 300 catering managers and readers of the Catering Inside trade magazine.
